From Washington D.C. To Lubbock In The Heart Of West Texas...Why Not Do What Real Colleagues Do And... Share Recipes Of Success!

I was asked to share some thoughts collected in my 31 years practicing real estate. Many are from unknown sources. When I recall a source from which I garnered a new facet of understanding for career or life, I share it. As Lead Instructor for TARREC™, The Academy of Regulated Real Estate Courses™, I hardly claim to be a 'know-it-all' preferring rather to strive to be a "know-where-to-find-it-all"...for you!

Some thoughts, I believe in good faith, are felt to be my own yet I know that perhaps no thought credited to me is without an avenue of initiation from my parents, siblings, friends, colleagues, other careers, clientele, boundless educational inputs, faith and from learners during one of my deliveries since June of 1981, when I began sharing key elements of success in real estate. After all, outside of law's invention of value through trade/service marks, patents or copyright, who can really own a thought?

Won't you please consider sharing as many insightful phrases as you can muster from memory? Each saying simmers as long as thoughtful aroma lasts while adding flavor overall. We'll stir each of them together with all the others in this teeming cauldron of roiling thoughts, a kettle where we can cook up new applications from older understandings and perhaps concoct a new idea in the process from which we can take "action," which, by the way, is the only unquestioned element found in every marketing plan of every successful, professional real estate agent...action. Is a shared thought yours? Tell us! If not, kindly share the source, to the best of your memory. Athough there is a copyright flexibility in an educational tool such as this website, all of us working to enhance the educational value of this learning site still wish to always try to credit a source as a way of thanking credible industry mavens and others for their thoughts as we demonstrate high ethical standards of fair play to all. We will correctly align credit to any original source when we are made aware of a proper historical trace.

Share back! Enjoy "Sumpin' Ta Thimpk 'Bout" then click here to send your thoughts back to us!
