"Do It... Do It, Right... and Do It Right, Now!"©

Often in our chosen careers we briefly ponder someone's hint, another's suggestion or an article of personal interest and then after briefly "thinking" about it, move on to something else, usually routine. And, move on do far too often, missing a chance to make a difference in our bottomline and family time!

But sometimes the hint, the suggestion or the article's topic is so keenly focused on our unspoken needs and goals that we find ourselves unconsciously revisiting the item of interest. Then, what was a brief time spent "thinking" about a nugget of truth becomes unmeasurable as we find ourselves in a deep "thimpk", well beyond normal curiosity and outside the oft-mentioned "box". We recognize there is a hidden value of possibility in applying what we just discoverd by really "thimpking", not just briefly thinking, but "thimpking". It might even happen "inside the box" where some of the greatest unrealized truths are uncovered as we reevaluate, re-"thimpk" routine.

Voila! We grasp the future value of a thought applied to our needs, our goals and are overtly excited to take an "action step" as we quit "thimpking" about it! Huge or small, we are ready to do some 'thing' and it's not thinking we are talking about anymore.

We are now talking about "action" ... whatever it may be!

Even the simplest vision to do something becomes gargantuan in value at this point. We have made a decision to "Do it" ... whatever it is. And, to "Do It, Right" ... because who has time in this stress-driven society to do anything twice? And, finally, we recognize that we have to "Do It Right, Now!" ... because procrastination, putting off now what we can do later, is the key element in our failure to be a part of every real estate transaction that we "thought" was possible for our buying and selling contacts. The following phrase was hammered out when I created my own training programs, forged in white-hot real estate experience, in the trenches ... not in some training classroom buzzing with production hyperbole, taught by industry 'never-been but wanna-bee' instructors. This singular phrase is greater than any other self-imposed rule of success; it leads to timely action; that is where most failure occurs in almost all real estate career failure, timely action. In real estate, failure is simply not an option; it is thwarted through timely action, which, my fellow colleagues, must be ingrained in every daily activity. If you're seriously ready, then make it happen... Make this your personal mantra for success!

Don't just think about it, strive to really "THIMPK" about it and then ... do it, right, now! "Thimpking" about it, my fellow colleagues, is where true learning takes place, where we go beyond initial thinking, office training, routine functionary work, franchise checklists, funding sheet requirements and simple "task-it or basket" items and all the other mundane "to-do checklists". "Thimpking" is where we finally understand and so we act on it, whatever 'it' is. This is when we really learn and when we move up and onto the new, unlevel playing field of creative application of understood principles. This is even more true when a past proven principle has been around a long time for others to also grasp and we, ourselves, just pierced its depth of value in our world by "thimpking" about it. This is your seed of success needing a reality through visible action on your part, for others to know and see. This is the same success each of us discovers instantly, right inside of ourselves, by simply "thimpking" what if I always ... do it, right, now!
