Get your prints taken at Winter Meeting
A new
fingerprint requirement for the renewal of all broker and salesperson
licensees went into effect on Jan. 1, 2008, to enable national criminal
background checks on those licensees. If your license expires between
January 2008 and February 2009, you can schedule an appointment online
to have your prints taken February 23 or 24 during the Texas REALTORS®
Winter Meeting in Austin. Here's how to do it:
- Before you make an appointment, visit TREC's Web site and generate a FAST Print Pass. This form provides you with a number that you'll need to make your appointment.
- Go to the Winter Meeting pages of TexasRealtors.com where you'll find a link to the vendor's site as well as step-by-step instructions on how to schedule your fingerprinting appointment.
